CONFIDENTIALITY :-

It is the main function of the hospital to maintain confidentiality of each patient. The person who s recording is legally and ethical obligated to keep information collected very confidential  and secret.

DIRECTOR AND COORDINATOR :-

The hospital manager not only plan or organize but has to make sure that the work is done as plan or organized. The hospital must direct and coordinate the activities, so that  here is no duplication.

EDUCATOR :-
